Eligibility & Insurance: All participating vendors and resource booths must submit proof of general liability insurance prior to the event in order to participate.

Venue Compliance: You must respect and follow all Lake Arrowhead Village rules and guidelines at all times before, during, and after the festival, including during setup and teardown.

Decorations & Atmosphere: We highly encourage you to get creative and decorate your booths! This year's theme is "Pride Through The Decades," so bring the energy and the PRIDE! Keep It Family Friendly! We are inviting the broader public to celebrate with us at the Village Festival, and many attendees will be bringing their entire families. To maintain an environment everyone can enjoy, please ensure that all booth decorations, merchandise, handouts, costumes, behavior, and music are strictly appropriate for all ages. Keep the vibe fun and PG!
